Needed new battery and possibly new screen as thought it was cracked. Left it with him very late one evening just before closing and was delighted to get it back early next morning. Screen wasn’t cracked at all and so just needed a new screen saver fitting. Like previous a reviewer has said, so wonderful to have complete honesty. I will have no hesitation in recommending this company. Honest, polite and prompt service.

I visited this shop to get a cracked screen on my iPhone replaced. I paid for replacement and left phone to be fixed. I was astounded to receive a phone call next day to say screen was fine it was screen protector that had cracked. When I called to collect the phone the money paid was refunded for screen and I only had to pay for new screen protector. What an honest person. Would recommend him to anyone.

Reasonable price compared to most repair sites. Good service, only delayed due to postal strike delivering the replacement screen. Would definitely recommend this guy.

Absolutely 5 star service, son dropped his Iphone and smashed the screen, from dropping it off today to fixing was so fast! From the lovely lady who rang me to the man that fixed it Fantastic customer service, would definitely use again (hopefully not to soon) thank you both so much and i would definitely highly recommend MS Electricel.
